The Most Important Boat Of The Club...


Sitting there, unloved, lonely, unapprecitated and with a hole in the hull, was what has become the most important boat of the club. After a little bit of TLC and a new set of oars, we transformed it from the above to the below, a fully operational row boat ready to go out and rescue your beloved sail boat in a jiffy.

(Not So) Failure To Launch

Model Show at the Bath Show Ground

Back on the bank holiday weekend in the beginning of May, the Trenchford Model Boat Club had the opportunity of taking part in the Model Show at the Bath Show Ground. Not only were there model cars, lorries and steamtrains, there were also boats, and we managed to have one of the biggest stalls in the boat hall.

It was a good weekend had by all, and here are some pictures of the big event.

New Pictures Of The Lake

These pictures are of our lake, Trenchford Resevoir, and were taken on Sunday 29th December. As you can see from the first picture, it's about one and a half metres off it's usual height, but it's clearly visable how high it usually gets.
